A common sight we see here at our house. Jaymie and Will creating videos, picking songs in itunes, playing kidpix, or using photobooth all on imac. I am still amazed at how these kiddos navigate their way around the computer.

I on the other hand spent numerous hours creating Wills first year video and I can't figure out how to post it from imovie to my blog. It is sooooo good, and I hope they can help me post it at my next visit to the mac store. You will need a box of kleenex to watch it. So stayed tuned and hopefully more sooner than later I can figure out what I am doing wrong and publish it to the blog. If any mac users out there have any tips for me, send them my way. my movie is about 8 minutes long and has 2 songs embedded it.

1 year ago today Jeffrey and I got on the hugest airplane in the world to go and get Will and bring him home!!! Soooooooo glad we did:) I still can't believe I got on that plane!
I took this photo shortly before we were going to land in Ethiopia. I was so excited knowing we would be seeing Will soon to bring him home forever!

Valentine's Day treats!!

Cow pies and chocolate covered pretzels is what my afternoon consisted of:) Only a couple of ingrediants and the kids do the creating are my kind of recipes. The kids made their Valentines treats on their half day off of school. I had colored jimmies all over the kitchen floor, but they had fun creating, so that made it worth it. Wow, It has been a week since I posted last.... Most of my free time on the computer is no longer free time as I am taking my online course. Here is a photo of Will and I yesterday morning though:) We were playing around on the photo booth on iMac. Have I mentioned how much I love the iMac? It is quite a machine. I am attempting to make a video to post of our time picking up Will through his first year. I'm learning as I go, so it is hit and miss. I hope to have it done by his 1 year home date! We also just finished Wills 1 year post adoption report. Jeffrey and I spent a couple hours on it last weekend. We had to input all kinds of data. He has grown 6 inches in a year and gained 5 lbs. You would think he would have gained more with the way he eats, but I guess all the nutrients went to his height. Tomorrow is a half day in the girls district, so we plan on making our Valentines Day treats. I'll post pics of the creations in the making.
